Helse Vest IKT AS

Establish a digital media archive (DMA) for the entire region of Helse Vest. Enable capture, storing, use and sharing of images in patient care and diagnostics across departments and enterprise, within the prevailing laws and regulations. Migration of images from existing PACS solutions to a new DMA. The solution should be capable of managing various file formats, such as DICOM, jpeg, mpeg, avi, pdf etc. Access to the DMA will primarily be through the existing EHR solution (DIPS), but it shall also be possible to capture, store and view images stand-alone from the EHR.
