(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The supplier shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the contract/comply with the contractual obligations.

Documentation requirements: Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year and which is based on the most recent public accounting figures. The rating shall be conducted by a publicly approved credit rating agency.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

It is required that the supplier has an established internal and external environmental profile, including a good and efficient environmental management system; ISO 14001, EMAS - Eco-Management and Audit Scheme, Eco-Lighthouse or equivalent or it must be substantiated that necessary environmental management system is to be implemented during the first 6 months of the contract.

The supplier shall enclose copy of system certificate, if any, issued by accredited certification bodies or equivalent documentation, copy of table of contents in the supplier's environmental management system, as well as a brief description thereof.

If the table of contents is subject to commencement, a preliminary table of contents should be enclosed, including a statement of expected system and confirmation on when this is expected implemented and certified/approved. The supplier must be able to submit electronic invoices to the Awarding Authority (Electronic trade format (EHF)).
