Romsdal museum, as the awarding authority, invites companies to a tender competition for the following contract for a new public and administration building at Romsdal museum: solid wood contract.
All tenders shall be submitted electronically via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no by the deadline for receipt of tenders. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system does not allow tenders to be submitted electronically via Mercell after the deadline has expired).

We recommend that the tender is submitted in good time before the deadline expires. for example a minimum of one hour before the deadline for receipt of tenders expires.
If there is additional information from the awarding authority and you would like to change your tender before the deadline expires, you can go in and open the tender, make any changes nad submit it again, right up until the deadline expires. The last submitted tender will be seen as the final tender. The new tender must fulfil all the formal requirements.
Tenders require an electronic signature upon delivery.
You will, when submitting your tender, be asked for an electronic signature in order to confirm that it is the tenderer that has submitted the tender. Electronic signatures can be obtained from www.commfides.com , www.buypass.no or www.bankid.no
Attention is drawn to the fact that it can take a few days to receive an electronic signature so this process should be started as soon as possible.
