The awarding authority takes up the option and will then transport the contract to the building's main contractor. The contractor sees to the necessary detailed engineering design services and dimensioning in cooperation with the building's engineering design group.

The RIB-consultant carries out the necessary checks of static calculations.
The production, transport and assembly are carried out in accordance with the signed contract based on the "optimal" solution.
The assembly will be carried out in close cooperation with the main contractor, who in the assembly phase, must have access for weather protection and completion work (roofing and completion of outer walls).

Contractors must document that the company has the financial ability to fulfil the contract by providing the offical annual accounts for the last two years, 2011 and 2012, along with the board's and auditor's reports.
Liability insurance shall, at a minimum, be in accordance with NS8415, point 10.2. A copy of the insurance policy is to be enclosed as documentation.

In order to be qualified, contractors must document that the contractor's company and the contractor's sub contractors have central certification for UTF in development class 3 for the described work.
If a contractor and his sub contractors do not have central certification, the contractor can subtantiate in another way that equivalent local certification can be achieved. A copy of previously awarded right to be responsible can be enclosed as documentation.
