Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
(6) Other documentation required (please state below).
Tax certificates:
The tenderer shall not have substantial arrears in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
HSE self-declaration:
The tenderer shall have an efficient HSE system and shall substantiate that all statutory Norwegian requirements in relation to health, safety and environment are fulfilled or are to be fulfilled within date of contract award.
Company registration certificate:
The tenderer shall substantiate being a legally established company.
Public approval: The tenderer shall be authorised/approved by the authorities for the relevant disciplines. It is required that the tenderer and sub-providers, if any, substantiate the requirements related to right to accept responsibility for execution in enterprise classification 2 for the relevant disciplines, compare the Act relating to planning and the processing of building applications.

The tenderer shall have established routines and competence which ensure low environmental impact in connection with providing the requested services.
The tenderer shall account for existing routines which substantiates that the tenderer has established routines and competancw which ensure low environmental impact in connection with providing the requested services. A valid certificate from a system verified by a third party (e.g. Eco Lighthouse, ISO 14001, EMAS - Eco-Management and Audit Scheme), shall be attached.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
The tenderer shall substantiate not being subject to ongoing composition with creditors or in process of bankruptcy negotiations, compare Annex F.
In order to be qualified to participate in the tender contest, creditworthiness shall not be lower than “worthy of credit” (equivalent to rating A or AAA Soliditet).
In connection with assessment of the above mentioned, the Awarding Authority will use Ravninfo.no/Soliditet. The Awarding Authority will obtain credit appraisal as a basis for the above stated assessment. The credit appraisal may be carried out subsequent to the deadline for receipt of tenders and at the same date for all tenderers.

The Awarding Authority requires sufficient financial ability (solidity) for compliance with the contractual obligations.

The tenderer must as a minimum have 2 craftsmen with certificate of apprenticeship at disposal. Annual turnover for the discipline.
