The project is for a milieu street in Ulsteinvik and mainly comprises:
— Construction of two roundabouts;
— Tightening up and narrowing the road;
— Establishment of a pavement on both sides;
— Built up pedestrian crossing;
— Culvert cast on site;
— Temporary alterations to a river for construction of the culvert.
The project shall be carried out in different phases so as to ensure that the site works can be carried out with the least possible disturbance for road users. I.e. some traffic shall be altered in the construction period, the preparatory work for the traffic alterations are a part of this contract.
