Coordinated taxi transport in the TT service

TT is facilitated transportation for people who can not use other public transportation.
The acquisition is based on the hiring of cars, including the provision of a driver and equipment, for the implementation of transportation. The scope is controlled by the demand of the transportation.
The transportation shall be planned and coordinated through the Awarding Authority's driving office.
The assignment shall be billed on the basis of a fixed starting price, with a fixed price per driven TT-user and per kilometer.

If the deliveries able to public entities, it shall be documented by certificates issued or certified by the relevant authority. If the deliveries able to private entities, the certificates shall be issued or confirmed by the entities. In the absence of this, can the supplier provide a declaration with information of the delivery.
