Avinor AS, as the builder, shall construct a new energy central at Kristiansund Airport, Kvernberget. The construction site is on rock, partly excavated and has been prepared and blasted out down to approx. 1m. The planned building as a ground area of 553m2. The building has several main parts; heat plant with heat pumps, the network company's trafo room, main switchboard, emergency power aggregate, regulator room and interface room for Tele/HK.
The pump house for the water and sewage installations are integrated in the building.
The building shall mainly be constructed in concrete/elements.
In addition a basement level shall be constructed that serves as access to a culvert and technical pipes. Water, heating and electricity to the new building at the airport shall go via the culvert that has already been constructed. The basement level has already been roughly blasted. The ground water level is just under the culvert pipes and the bottom plate for the suction well that is already in place.
The new building shall be constructed in accordance with the ready prepared detailed drawings with given plan solutions and specifications.
