Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The tenderer's financial position:
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial ability to implement the contract.
As documentation the Awarding Authority will collect credit appraisal from Experian (the Awarding Authority subscribes services from Experian).
The tenderer must as a minimum achieve rating “worthy of credit”. The tenderer is expected to become familiar with the registered information of the company and by submitting tender, consents to information being gathered and that this information shall form the basis for assessment of the tenderer's financial conditions.

If the tenderer is aware that the requirement for financial ability for carrying out the contract cannot be met through credit rating, the tenderer must submit other documentation that confirms that the financial ability is sufficient.
If the Awarding Authority's credit information of each company does not include a credit appraisal, the Awarding Authority will meet the documentation requirements in other ways, either by assessing whether the financial ability is satisfactory based on other information included in the solution from Experian or by obtaining other information.

5.7. The tenderer's technical and professional qualifications:
Very good implementation ability is required.
The tenderer must substantiate administrative capacity and ability to safeguard the Awarding Authority's requirements.
The tenderer must have experience from minimum 3 corresponding assignments.
A list of principal deliveries or provided services/implemented projects shall be attached. The list shall contain:
A brief description of the assignment.
The extent or value of the deliveries.
Date (contract period).
Name of recipients and a brief description of these.
Telephone nos., e-mail addresses and names of the contacts at the recipients.
