The City Government department for seniors and social services wishes to enter into a contract with a consulting firm for the assistance with recruitment in connection with the appointment of top executives. The number of employments in 2013 four district directors. In addition, the City Government department for seniors and social services will recruit and hire two additional top executives during 2013 - 2014. The department will have options with the provider they use for the assistance with the recruitment of these. It should be noted that the Awarding Authority is bound by political decisions and guidelines regarding the funding, which could affect the department's contingency for employment opportunities.
