The assignment is to assist the Contract Management section in the work of amending Hb 066 and the templates for the contracts for operation of roads and the contracts for operation and maintenance of electrotechnical installations. The work is planned so that the bulk of the work in autumn 2013 will be to assist in efforts to amend the template for contracts for operation and maintenance of electrotechnical installations that are published on the internet at the following web address: http://www.vegvesen.no/Fag/Veg+og+gate/Drift+og+vedlikehold/Elektrokontrakter />In spring 2014, the bulk of the work will consist of providing assistance in work of amending the template for contracts for operation of roads. Current template for road operation contracts starting 1 September 2014, which shall be updated, are published at the web address: http://www.vegvesen.no/s/anbud/dkmal2014 />Corresponding template for contracts for operation of roads starting in 2013 can be found at: http://www.vegvesen.no/s/anbud/dkmal2013 />Some of the work with the new templates will be linked to the new guidelines for registration of the condition of objects to be followed up through contracts. It will be appropriate to support the final design of these policies. Depending on the time of completion of these guidelines, it will be necessary to expand the scope of the contract templates to include a further revision of both contract templates where the updated guidelines are incorporated.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: It is required that the tenderer has an equity ratio of at least 10 %.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
Statement of tenderer's capacity to handle the assignment.
Details of how the tenderer plans to carry out the assignment together with relevant documentation necessary to evaluate the tender with respect to qualification requirements and award criteria.
Confirmation that there is no conflict of interest.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— Experience in the use of HB066 "Tender documents" and NS 8406:2009 and experience in preparation of tender documents for operating contracts,
— Skills that make tenderer able to improve the template for contracts for operation and maintenance activities related to electrical systems on and along roads. This includes expertise in electro-technical issues,
— Experience using the tool "ISY G-prog Description" and the ability to use this to prepare Chapter D1 in the appropriate templates,
— Knowledge of issues related to state registration of objects in the contracts that make the tenderer liable to assist the Construction section in updating the guidelines and incorporating relevant provisions into contract templates.
