Consultancy support for academic school needs within the department for school facilities

The Norwegian Education Authority is working to provide enough school places for students in Oslo. An important part of this work is the needs for schools plan which prepared every two years. The needs for schools plan (SBP) is a comprehensive structure and capacity plan. With the preparation of the SBP the need for an extensive review of other valuable information is required consisting of among others factors the basis of the total number of pupils and statistics, feasible studies and concept studies that may have a large importance on possible solutions that must be considered for the total coverage of the schools needs.
ASA has needs for academic school needs and assistance with the preparation for supporting documents for the SBP and the ongoing work preparing notes or less investigated issues. This work is characterized of both a theoretical understanding of the work and a practical approach to the challenges that they will encounter.

The services shall be performed within the period of 26.8.2013 - 25.8.2015.
The contract has an option for the Awarding Authority to extend the contract for up to a further 1 + 1 year(s) with the same terms.

The suppliers most important and relevant contracts within similar projects during the past 3 years, including a brief description of the assignment, the supplier's contribution to the assignment:

- Name and contact information for the contact person at the customer reference who can verify the information must be provided on request.
- A description of the supplier's capacity and academic qualifications. As regards to capacity, the listing of the company's total workforce. As regards to qualifications, a brief overview of relevant general competence of the supplier. It shall not be specified which persons are provided, and there shall not be submitted CVs in connection with this requirement.
