Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF

Undervisningsbygg is now entering a very demanding period with record number of projects, many of them in the execution phase. In 2013 the investment budget has been just over 3 000 000 000 NOK, with an increase to just under 4 000 000 000 NOK in 2014.
Undervisningsbygg has, therefore, a need for additional capacity to follow up health, safety and the working environment (SHA) and quality assurance (QA). The contract is for the hire of consultants who shall assist our permanent employees for QA and SHA. The consultants shall have a work place at Undervisningsbygg.
The need for consultancy will be approx. 60 % position (3 days a week) for each of the hired consultants. The job percentage for each consultant can vary during the contract period.
Service providers shall be able to offer back-up personnel for absences due to, for example, illness etc.
The contract is for 2 years, with an option for a further 1 year.

Credit rating, not older than six months, based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report shall be enclosed and it shall include the key figures for the last three accounting years. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain its own credit rating if necessary.

If a service provider cannot, for valid reasons, prove his financial position in accordance with the above mentioned documentation requirements, the awarding authority will consider other suitable documentation.

— Certifiate of the company's quality assurance system/control system issued by an independent body, which confirms that the service provider fulfils certain quality assurance standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2002. The awarding authority will also accept other documentation that shows that the service provider has equivalent quality assurance measures.
