Consultancy services within ICT architecture

Oslo kommune v/ Utviklings- og kompetanseetaten

Oslo municipality, c/o the Development and Competence Department (hereafter called the awarding authority), invites companies to an open competition for parallel framework agreements for consultancy services for ICT architecture. The awarding authority intends to enter into three to five parallel framework agreements in this field. The need for assistance will vary greatly during the contract period. Sub suppliers can be used provided that the cooperation is regulated by an agreement, and that the deliveries are made under the terms in the framework agreement and that the agreement partner is responsible for the execution of the work.
The framework agreements shall apply for the awarding authority and for the Education Department. In addition the contract shall include options that give the awarding authority the right to include other entities in the municipality in the contract.
