Consultancy services, road, water and sewage for Nøtterøy municipality - framework agreement

Nøtterøy kommune

The awarding authority shall enter into framework agreements for consultancy services for roads, water and sewage projects where Nøtterøy is the developer. The Operations and Construction Section has a total investment budget of approx. 45000000 NOK per annum, of which the largest part goes to water and sewage projects. The engineering design services for the projects are mostly carried out by consultants, and it is here that most of the assignments within the framework agreement will lie. In addition consultants can also be used for other assignments within roads, water and sewage such as operational projects, main plans, reviews and simulations etc. The contract does not include construction management.
