The Awarding Authority has an option of extending the contract with the same conditions 1 or more times within a 2 year period.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

— The bidder shall have orderly conditions in relation to the payment of taxes, social security and VAT.

— The bidder shall meet Norwegian HSE requirements while performing work in Norway.

— The bidder must be a legally established company.

— The bidder shall have good conduct.

— The bidder shall perform the contract with compliance with the conditions for the regulation of the 8th of February 2008 no. 112 for pay and working conditions.

The bidder can prove his economic and financial position with any documents that the Awarding Authority can accept, for example credit ratings from a recognized credit rating agencies, annual financial statements or guarantees.

The bidder shall have sufficient financial capacity to complete the assignment / contract.

— Bidders shall submit testimonials or references.

— Bidders shall submit a completed competence matrix.

— Bidders shall briefly describe their business.

— Documentation that includes a brief description of the bidder's methods and procedures for quality assurance.

— The bidder shall have extensive experience with the delivery of the relevant services.

— The bidder shall dispose of sufficient capacity and expertise to meet the consultancy categories. The bidder shall have the minimum capacity specified in the table within all of the areas of competence related to the various subject areas to be qualified within the subject areas as well as the total capacity listed in Appendix 9

— The bidder shall have the applied subject areas as established subject areas in their own organization and have the sufficient competence systems.

— The bidder shall have good procedures for quality assurance.
