Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The tenderer must document that it is a legally established company.

The tenderer shall have a functioning safety system and demonstrate that all legal requirements in Norway within health, environment and safety (HES) are met or will be met by the time of contract award.

Tenderer shall not have substantial arrears of payment of tax and VAT.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.

Creditworthiness will will form the basis to be eligible for this contest will be no lower than "credit worthy" (equivalent to A in AAA Solvency). In consideration of the above, the Award authority, in its evaluation will use Ravnifo.no Solvency. The Award authority will even obtain credit as a basis for assessment specified above. Collection they will take place after the deadline and on the same date for all tenderers.

For start-up companies, companies with poor ratings or entity (ies) that are not credit rated, parent company guarantees, bank guarantees, etc. that provide an equivalent security of ability to implement, may be submitted instead.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Sufficient financial ability (strength) is required to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

(2) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts)

- On the basis of the company and consequences if something goes wrong, it is a requirement that the company and it's co-operating partners must document that they meet the conditions of responsibility for design and control in enterprise class 3 for the trades where this is required, see Building regulationsn.

- If this is described in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent 3rd party verified systems, it is sufficient to present a valid certificate.

Tenderers shall describe existing procedures which document provider has procedures and skills that ensure low environmental impact when performing the service. Any valid certificate from a third party verification system (eg Eco, ISO 14001, EMAS) should be attached.

Tenderers must meet requirements to be responsible in development class 3 in the respective disciplines where this is a requirement.

Supplier shall have a well-functioning quality assurance/control system.

The Supplier shall have procedures and expertise that ensure low environmental impact from services rendered.
