The proposer; Oslo municipality, the Agency for Real Estate and Urban Renewal (henceforth abbreviated EBY), shall on behalf of the Agency for Waste Management (henceforth abbreviated REN) prepare detailed zoning plans for a further defined planning area at Hraldrud. A consultant shall be engaged for implementation of a re-organisation of the area. This is a tender invitation for preparation of a zoning plan.

It is required that the tenderer has an efficient system in connection with safeguarding health, safety and security.

The company's most recent annual accounts (2012) including notes, the board of director's annual reports, the auditor's reports as well as recent information with relevance to the company's accounting figures.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

It is required that the tenderer has sufficient financial capacity for implementation of the assignment/compliance with the contractual obligations.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Description of the activities: The company's competence profile and existing activity. Description of the company's previously executed assignments of relevance for execution of this assignment - equivalent plan processes from complex urban areas, including the value of the assignment, date and awarding authority.

CVs for individuals are not requested.

Overview of number of employees presently employed by the Awarding Authority, with relevant competence in relation to this assignment.

The overview shall include both own employees and hired help, if any. Certificate of the company's quality assurance system/control system issued by independent bodies. The certificate shall verify that the tenderer comply with certain quality assurance standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2002.

The Awarding Authority also accepts other documentation which demonstrates that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures. The documentation shall as a minimum give a general description of the content of the system, including overview of inspection plans and check lists with relevance to this contract.

Good implementation ability and experience from corresponding assignments are required.

The tenderer shall have sufficient manpower capacity to implement the contract.

The tenderer shall have an efficient quality assurance system adapted the nature of the contract.
