Construction supervisor - Kristiansund Airport, Kvernaberget

Avinor AS shall at Kristiansund Airport, Kvernberget, construct a new operations building, energy station and maintain the continuation of the infrastructure with parking places for helicopters. It must also be expected execution control and construction management of smaller projects carried out by other contractors.
The planned operations building is BRA 3 840 m2 in size. The new building shall be constructed based on completed drawings of the preliminary project level with certain layouts and required specifications. Further detailed engineering by the turnkey contractor.
The construction work shall be carried out as a turnkey competition with negotiations.
The estimated time that the contract shall be entered into is in late September 2013 and shall be completed in September 2014.
BL will in this project of the operations building have the role of the builder / quality controller.
Energy station
The detailed engineering design will commence in the autumn of 2013 and the collection of offers is scheduled at the end of 2013 the start of 2014.
Implemented as a project with shared contracts (5 contracts) and requires good follow-up.
The heating pump system installations and a well park based on geothermal is included in this project.
Infrastructure and other projects
Also during the same phase there will be further work on the airport's infrastructure, the creation of new tank systems run by Shell and temporary solutions for helicopter traffic.
