Construction management Bardufoss and Sør-Troms

Forsvarsbygg has a large amount of assignments in Northern Norway, and therefore has a need to to increase their construction management capacity.
This framework agreement competition includes the construction management for projects in Ofoten and northwards up to Bardufoss. This may involve projects in the locations of Harstad, Evenes, Ramsund, Bjerkvik, Setermoen and Bardufoss, with the accompanying artillery range and the surrounding areas.
The majority of the assignments will be done at Bardufoss.
The offered resources must be expected for longer periods of up to 100% utilization.
The framework agreement is for 2 years from when the contract is signed, with the possibility of up to a 2-year extension through the possibility of releasing the options (1 +1 year(s)). There can be carried out a call-off against the framework agreements' expiration date, it is to be expected that such assignments can have varied durations beyond this schedule.

Construction manager electrical - 1 person
Construction manager heating, ventilation and sanitation - 1 person
