Conference administration system

NTNU currently uses the conference administration system Events. The system is based on Microsoft-technology which is being phased out. On this basis, and with regard to the law on public procurement NTNU plans the announcement of tendering for a new conference management system. A new conference management system should ensure the same functionality that we have in the current system, including the handling of Abstracts/Paper used in scientific conferences. The Conference Management system should be a support tool for our employees in the task of managing scientific conferences, seminars, workshops and conferences, participants (registration, reporting, information, reminder), exhibitors, abstracts/papers, information and interaction before, during implementation (information to participants) and after the event is completed (evaluation, statistics, invoicing). The system should be flexible, user-friendly and accessible combined with NTNU's requirements for reliability, security and cost control.
On a general level, NTNU has an expectation that the proposed product represents today's current technology level, and that it offers all the features that are considered standard in conference administration systems.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Contract duration is 4 years. with an option for the customer to extend the contract for 2 + 2 years under the existing contract terms. Throughout the contract period (including option period) it shall be possible to purchase new licenses and new functionality, as well as the development and customization of services and software throughout the contract period (including option period).
