Lysefjorden Utvilking AS

The assignment applies to the operation of the tourist ferry on Lysefjord located in Rogaland, Norway. Lysefjord has two of Norways leading tourism-based natural attractions, the Kjerag Boulder and Pulpit Rock, in addition to that the fjord itself is a major attraction. Flørli and Lysebotn are important tourist destinations. The tourist ferry is in many ways the backbone of the direct affiliated tourism offer in the fjord.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Requirements on conduct refer to the regulations on domestic travel occupational by motor vehicle or vessel § 6 and § 10.
AA license applicant must have valid proof of safety management (Document of Compliance, DOC).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Accounting figures for the last 3 years with notes including the directors' report and auditor's report shall be attached to the bid.
If the company is owned 50 % or more of another company or several companies in a group, shall the financial figures be provided for these or for the parent company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
A license applicant must have a financial position which enables them to carry out the assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Overview of the 3-5 most relevant assignments completed or currently in progress during the last five years.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The licensed applicant must have experience of similar work.
Kontraktutførelse
Innskudd og garantier som kreves:
Licensees shall at there own expense set a combined overall safety of its contractual obligations, arrears and enforcement costs of default. The collateral shall be made ¿¿without undue delay after the execution of the contract, within one month.
Collateral such as unconditional guarantee from a bank, insurance company or other financial institution, refer to chapter 3, section 3.3. As collateral it is also accepted that the guarantee amount is placed in an escrow account in favor for the Awarding Authority. The guarantee shall not be concluded until six months after the contract period as approved by the Awarding Authority. The security deposit from the guarantor shall be directed to the other party and not be limited in any way other than as required by these provisions.
