The framework agreement is for 2 years from when it is signed, with an option for an extension for a further 1 + 1 year. It is difficult to state the financial extent of the framework agreement. A provisional and unbinding estimate is that Ruter will place orders for between 600 000 and 1 000 000 NOK per annum. Tenderers cannot assert this estimate as a basis for a buying obligation etc.
