Riksrevisjonen

The Office of the Auditor General of Norway, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a new agreement involving data communication from the head office in Oslo to all locations operated by the Awarding Authority. This amounts to 15 locations. The number of locations will probably be reduced during the agreement period.
It is important that the agreement is scaled up and down based on capacity and locations as these may vary over time.
Content of the system:
— System for data communication between the Awarding Authority's head office in Pilestredet 42 in Oslo and the locations required by the Awarding Authority at any given time.
— 24/7 Operation/maintenance and support of the data communication system

Option for the Awarding Authority to alter the speed of the communication lines

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Foreign providers shall present certificates from equivalent authorities as the Norwegian.

The annual reports, the board's reports and the auditor's statements for the previous 2 years.
Credit appraisal is to be obtained by the Awarding Authority. Best creditworthiness is required
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The service provider shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/comply with the contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
Description of the service provider's 3 most relevant assignments during the previous three years. The description must state the value of the assignment, date and recipient (name, telephone no. and e-mail address).
References are contacted if clarification of assignment relevance is required. However, it is the service provider's responsibility to substantiate relevance through description.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The service providers shall have experience from minimum three equivalent assignments implemented the previous 3 years.
