Ruter, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into an agreement regarding delivery of communication services. The agreement partner shall assist the Awarding Authority's consecutive work with strategic and operative external and internal communication.
The assistance is subject to ongoing assessment in accordance with requirements and will comprise various subjects within the area communication.
