The following services shall be included.
Assistance with reports on concrete cases to the media.
Media consultancy connected to individual cases and to the awarding authority's general activities.
Media training for the awarding authority's spoke persons.
Preparing various stand-by notes.
Consultancy connected to social media.
Assistance with market communication and PR work.
Media consultancy connected to specific cases when extra resources are required, for example, preparation of media plans (in the event of illness and extraordinary activities).
Assistance with strategic and operative work within communication, e.g. work with communication and media strategy.
Discussion partner for important decisions connected to the awarding authority's general strategy.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Applicants shall have good solidity. The solidity will be seen in relation to the assignment's risk. This shall be documented by the service provider's annual accounts for the last two accounting years. The annual accounts shall include the auditor's report. The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of an applicant if it is thought appropriate.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Applicants must document good quality assurance routines. The awarding authority requires the service provider to deal with any deviations and complaints in a good way and to learn from their mistakes. The awarding authority also requires the service provider to work systematically and to be conscious of quality assurance. The quality assurance routines shall, at a minimum, be documented by handbooks, manuals, routines or other documentation that describes the follow up of deviations, handling complaints and general follow up of quality.
