Travel expenses etc. in connection with the inspection / conference to be covered by the individual supplier. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— Credit rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report shall be enclosed and it shall include key figures for the last three accounting years. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain its own credit rating if necessary.

If the supplier can not demonstrate their financial position in accordance with the above documentation requirements, award authority will consider other appropriate documentation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— An overview of contracts carried out in the last 5 years, together with certificates of satisfactory execution for the most important works. The certificates shall state the work's value, and the date and place of execution and to what extent the work was carried out professionally and properly. A reference person shall be given and Undervisningsbygg is allowed to contact this person.

— Information on the education and professional qualifications at the contractor and the company's administrative management (competence matrix).
— An account of the contractor's average work strength and the number of employees in the administrative management n the last three years.
— Central approval, or a statement that the company is qualified for local certification/approval.
— References from up to three relevant projects completed in the past 3 years, with information about the project's name, size and date of completion.
— Certificate for the company's quality assurance system/control system issued by independent bodies that confirm that the contractor fulfils certain quality assurance standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2002.
The award authority will also accept other documentation that shows that the contractor has equivalent quality assurance measures.
— An account of existing routines or a valid certificate from a third party verified system (e.g. Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001, EMAS).

The contractor shall document competence within:
— Methods for construction in accordance with the 'clean, dry building norm'.
Service provider shall document their:

— Procedures for performing the assignment in an environmentally sound manner.
