Coherent rotation and resource allocation system for the HESO service

Tromsø kommune

Tromsø Municipality shall procure a unified integrated electronic system for coherent rotation and resource allocation system, primarily in the health and care services. The system shall meet the managers' needs for operational management and oversight of personnel, expertise and use of variable wage bills and temporary hiring.
Award authority requests a unified system in which to plan and manage operations throughout the year, post rotas on the web and via SMS where the temporary staff will be registered correctly in the system for the award. Employees must be able to maintain their data on a network solution, and there shall be good opportunities to extract relevant reports including overtime and violations of AML.
The new system shall replace the current two system solutions; Visma resource management (rotation) and Triangel minVakt (hire of temporary staff). Award authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service for this tender process.
