Østfold police district would like tenders for cleaning services and additional services in parts of the premises that are used by Østfold police district.
Østfold police district uses approx. 250 00 m
The new building at Grålum will be taken into use 1.2.2014.
Additional services are simple canteen operations at three of the police stations, Moss, Sarpsborg and Grålum.
A site survey will be held at the relevant addresses:
Moss Police Station, the Enforcement Authority in Moss and Vansjø Police Station, Tuesday 20.8.2013 (9:00).
Meet outside Moss police station.
Sarpsborg Police Station and a new police building in Grålum, Wednesday 21.8.2013 (9:00).
Meet outside Sarpsborg police station.
Halden Police Station and the Enforcement Authority in Fredrikstad, Thursday 22.8.2013 (9:00).
Meet outside Halden police station.
The site survey in Fredrikstad starts at 13:00.
Rakkestad police station, Friday 23.8.2013 (10:00).

Østfold police district currently has its own employees in some premises in addition to those that are put out to tender.
In the event of these employment contracts ending, Østfold police district will consider to procure these services from agencies.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Declaration of the company's participation in a publicly verified apprentice scheme(s) relevant to the contract.
(3) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(4) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(6) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
(3) Statement of the company's turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(5) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
Kontraktutførelse
Hovedfinansieringsvilkår og betalingsordninger og/eller henvisning til relevante bestemmelser som regulerer dem: Fixed price (index regulated).
Andre særlige vilkår:
There shall be mutual cooperation and follow up between the awarding authority and the service provider. The cleaning plan shall always be a plan that can be changed according to the season and manpower at the stations. The awarding authority will be the unit operations manager at the different stations.
