The Norwegian Council for Cultural Affairs shall move into new premises in Mølleparken 2. The premises are 4 053 m² gross including a large meeting room department.
The building mainly consists of office spaces in an open landscape and approx. 15 offices. In addition there is a separate meeting room department with 13 meeting rooms.
A contract shall be signed for cleaning services for the Norwegian Council for Cultural Affairs. The contract shall include cleaning and accompanying services. A contract shall be signed for 2 years with an option for a 2 year extension. The cleaning shall be carried out on weekdays starting at 15:00.
The value of the contract is estimated to approx. 2 800 000 NOK during a 4 year period including all services connected to cleaning that are described in the specifications.

Credit rating from a certified credit institution, such as Dun&Bradstreet, Lindorff or CreditInform. The rating shall be based on the last known accounting figures with a statement of how the credit rating has developed in the last 3 years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(4) Other documentation required (please state below).
— References from contracts where NS-INSTA 800 was used. The references must be willing to provide a written reference upon request.
— An overview of the number of employees that the tenderer has available for assignments resulting from this procurement.
— A statement shall be enclosed that describes the annual average number of employees in the company in the last 3 years as well as the number of managers in the same period. Use the table below for filling in the turnover. Description of the service provider's organisation.
