Cleaning services for Tislegård secondary school

Kongsberg municipality c/o Kongsberg kommunale eiendom KF (KKE) invite your companies to submit a tender for cleaning services with the intention of covering the awarding authorities' need for cleaning at Tislegård secondary school, Tislegårdsveien 11, 3612 Kongsberg, Norway.
The contract will come into force from when it is signed in 2013 and will apply for one year with an option for 1+1+1 year. The premises consist of teaching rooms, group rooms, offices, corridors, communal areas, storage rooms, canteen, special rooms, (practical subjects), cloakrooms, toilets/showers, gym hall.
The area that shall be cleaned is in the attached cleaning plan cf. Annex 1A the Specification Cleaning Book.
The premises that shall be cleaned are used for teaching (some hire). The cleaning shall be carried out between 06:00-10:00.
The assignment is based on NS-EN INSTA 800: 2010.
The assignemtn includes, amongst other things permanent cleaning, floor maintenance, mat beating and permanently assembled absorbing mats in the entrances, as well as the procurement and refilling of hygiene articles, paper and hand soap in assembled dispensers.
Tenderers shall, when calculating their tender, take the requirements for working environment and working terms in accordance with Norwegian law into consideration.
All the awarding authority's broom cupboards can be used by the awarding authority. The same applies to the on site mops/washing machines and mat beaters. The need for storage rooms, cloakrooms and communal rooms will be fulfilled as far as possible. It is a prerequisite that service providers orientate themselves on these facilities during the site survey.
Service providers must orientate themselves at the site survey on the standard of the cleaning object so that they have a basis for assessing what the extra costs will be to give the premises the treatment needed to achieve satisfactory quality ("0-position") in accordance with NS-INSTA 800:2010 (and the Cleaning Book annex).
