Oslo Police District, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a contract with one provider of cleaning services as well as delivery of some related products. The contract includes regular cleaning, periodic cleaning on request, as well as execution of cleaning related service assignments for all locations under the contract. The tender documents can be downloaded from the Mercell portal. All of the documents are not electronically available in connection with this tender notice. In order to receive all tender documents, the tenderer must sign a confidential statement available on the Mercell portal. The signed statement is be submitted the Awarding Authority's contact person. Compare the Public Procurement Regulations §19-1, first paragraph: “The tender documents are to be submitted the tenderer six days from received request to participate, at the latest”. The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure.
