The Awarding Authority requests to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the delivery of cleaning machines, additional equipment and consumables & wearing parts for these machines, for the period of 1.3.2014 - 29.2.2016 with a possible extension by 1+1 year(s).
The agreement includes the following machines:
— Vacuum cleaner/carpet beater,
— Washing machine for floors,
— Water pumps,
— Carpet cleaner,
— Scrubbing machine,
— High-speed machine,
— Steam Cleaner,
— Washing machine,
— Lint collectors,
— Tumble dryer,
— Mop refrigerator,
— Deals on consumables spare parts and wearing parts as well as additional equipment.

The agreement period is from the 1.3.2014–29.2.2016 with the possibility of an extension of 1+1 year(s).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement);

(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement);

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)'

The supplier shall have orderly conditions in relation to tax payments and VAT payments.

The supplier shall have a functioning HSE system.

The supplier shall be a legally established company.

— A presentation of the company's last annual financial accounts with notes and including the directors' annual report and auditor's certificate.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The supplier shall have the financial capacity to complete the assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Other documentation required (please state below)

— A description of the supplier's 3 most relevant assignments during the past 3 years. The description must include a statement about the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone and e-mail.) References shall be able to be contacted for clarification of the assignments relevance. There is, however, the supplier's responsibility to document the relevance through their description.

— A description of how the company is organized to carry out this assignment.

— A statement regarding the the supplier's quality assurance system/ - management system (quality assurance manual).

As an example a copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— The supplier shall have experience from similar assignments. Similar assignments referring to deliveries to large public enterprises,

— The supplier shall have sufficient implementation capacity and capability,

— It is required that the supplier has a good and efficient quality assurance system.
