The Health region Sout-East will establish a framework agreement for chemicals to pathology and other chosen chemicals, cell culture media and buffers. The framework is divided in two separate product areas:
1. Chemicals to pathology and other chosen chemicals
The group is divided into 5 sections:
1. Formalin
2. Xylen og xylensubstitutter
3. Ethanol
4. Special products to pathology (coloring, solutions, fixation, decalsination solution and lymph node solutions)
5. General chemicals, primarily for pathology, but can be used on other areas.
2. Cell culture media and buffers primarily to research use.
Classical and basal cell culture media, buffers (for cell culture) and other solutions, primarily to research.
Cell culture media are RPMI 1640, DMEM/F12, DMEM, Modifed MEM, Leibovitz L-15, Medium 199, McCoy 5a, IMDM, MEM and Hams F12.
Cell culture buffers are Dulbeccos PBS, HEPES, PBS, HBBSS.
Additons are antibiotics and og antimycotics, Trypsin/EDTA, Glutamin, EDTA, trypsin, cell dissociation buffer, NEEA, trypsin inhibitor, natriumpyruvat, MEM vitamins and MEM amino acid solution.
