Oslo kommune v/ Utviklings- og kompetanseetaten

Oslo municipality c/o the Development and Competance Department, department for group procurements, invites companies to an open competition for a framework agreement for a charging point for Oslo municipality's official el-cars and a charging point for the general public set up by the Town Environment Department. There is a need for the procurement and assembly of charging masts, charging boxes and sockets.

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

— Suppliers shall have the tax and VAT payments in order, foreign suppliers: enclose certificates from equivalent authorities as the Norwegian.

— Suppliers shall be a legally established company, foreign suppliers: Prrof that the company is registered in a trade register or company register as mandated in the law in the country where the supplier is established.

— The company's last annual accounts including notes, the board's annual reports and the auditor's reports, as well as recent information that is relevant for the company's accounting figures.

— The awardinga uthority will, on its own initiative, obtain a credit rating of all the participating suppliers from Experian.
