Norsk Tipping AS
Norsk Tipping intends to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier within each of the following areas:
1) Certification in accordance with WLA security control Standard 2012.
2) Certification in accordance with ISO 27001: 2005/2013.
3) Certification in accordance with EL Responsible Gaming Standard.
The supplier can choose to offer on one or more of the above mentioned areas.

Tittel på delkontrakt: Certification in accordance with WLA security control Standard 2012
Kort beskrivelse:
Norsk Tipping is currently certified in accordance with WLA SCS 2006 and shall within 2014 be certified in accordance with the standard WLA SCS 2012. The standard is a lottery-specific safety standard issued by the World Lottery Association Security and Risk Management Committee.

Tittel på delkontrakt: Certification in accordance with ISO 27001: 2005/2013
Kort beskrivelse:
Norsk Tipping is currently certified in accordance with ISO 27001:2005. This certification must be renewed by the 30.6.2014. ISO 27001 is currently going through by ISO and a new version will most likely be announced in the near future. The suppliers whom offer bids within this area should take into account that there may be a period of transition from ISO 27001:2005 to the new ISO 27001:2013 / 2014 standard.

Kort beskrivelse:
The European State Lottery and Toto Association (EL) was founded in 1999 to represent the European national lotteries and Toto companies and organizations authorized to conduct gambling games that are for the benefit to the public. In 2007 EL developed a standard that establishes minimum requirements for European lottery operators relating to responsible gaming. Norwegian Tipping is currently certified, but must renew the certification in 2014, and preferably within the 1 quarter.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
(1) Credit rating of the company, not older than six months from the tender deadline.
(2) Copies of the annual report and balance sheets from the last two years.
(3) If more than six months since the last annual report, a copy is required of the latest semi-annual report.
(4) Other new information of significance about the company's financial position.
(1) The supplier shall have the necessary approvals and certificates to certify / verify Norwegian Tipping within the sub area / sub-areas that the supplier bid(s) on.
(2) The supplier must be able to identify at least two reference projects where the supplier has performed similar certification services.
