The purpose of the framework agreement is to link the competence within the disciplines, so that the municipality of Sarpsborg through a cost effective and efficient method responsible for purchasing, management, operation, maintenance and development of a number of buildings in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. This is so that the agreement is suitable for Sarpsborg municipality's primary business, public services at any given time.
The municipality of Sarpsborg is in the process of establishing a building management system (BAS) a system for monitoring the municipality of Sarpsborgs technical installations within buildings. The purpose of the BAS system is to manage and control the buildings in the most efficient manner.
The municipality of Sarpsborgs main aim with the delivery of goods and services related within the following activities:
- New construction, additions, reconstructions and rehabilitation of premises / buildings owned by the municipality of Sarpsborg
- Ongoing operation and maintenance works
- Planned maintenance
- Critical needs (urgent situations)
