In the new town center Værste in Fredrikstad Municipality, Værste AS is building a "Helsehus" (health centre) to be operational by the end of September 2013. Fredrikstad Municipality will be one of several tenants in the building, and will have the use of large areas on several floors.
This procurement comprises competition for the supply of:
— Furniture and equipment adapted to solutions for cellular offices,
— Furniture and equipment adapted to solutions for open office areas,
— Other furniture for open offices and waiting areas,
— Furniture for meeting/conference rooms,
— Furniture for dining/kitchen/staff room.
In addition, the contest includes interior solution for the areas to be set aside for open office areas.

Requirement: Service provider must have experience from similar assignments in the past 3 years. Similar assignments means provisions that include furniture deliveries and engineering design.
Documented by: Description of service provider's 3 most relevant assignments in the past three years. The description must include specification of the assignment values, dates and recipients (name, telephone and e-mail.) References will be contacted if needed for clarification of the assignment's relevance. It is nevertheless the case that it is the service provider's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
