Oslo Police District c/o "Barnehusene i Norge" shall establish a contract with one supplier for the delivery of a new case handling system. The system shall be a "shelf" product that is adapated to Oslo Police District's needs. The contract shall include the delivery of one-time purchase standard software, adaptations to standard software, maintenance in the contract period (4) years, training, support, user support, upgrades, installation etc. The supplier shall deliver a concept that shall be installed in 10 children's homes. The contract will also include any new children's homes that will be established in the contract period (there are currently no new children's homes that are planned beyond these 10). The system must be able to handle 120 users that shall use the system.
