Canteen and catering services with option for construction of one of the canteens

Oslo Police shall establish a contract with one supplier for the supply of canteen and catering services to the Oslo Police District cafeterias. Canteen and catering services include the delivery to the canteens belonging to Oslo police, delivery of meals to Central custody and catering to exercises or major incidents involving meals consumed outside Oslo Police District property. OPD shall have the option to expand to several canteens where appropriate during the contract period. Award authority shall have the option of rebuilding the canteen at Police HQ in Grønlandsleiret 44 as part of the contract. The option will include reconstruction of the canteen at Police HQ, Grønlandsleiret 44 so that the canteen is a smooth and efficient cafeteria with self-service solutions where applicable. Detailed description of the competition will be sent to those suppliers who will be invited to participate in the competition when selection for this pre-qualification round is completed. The description must include technical devices of importance for the fulfilment of the contract and how the applicant firm disposes of the technical devices.
