Kort beskrivelse:
Bybanen shall construct a new workshop and depot to replace the current facilities at Kronstad.
This contract C34 is for the construction of a carriage hall of approx. 12 600 m
The building is to be founded on a blasted stone filling. It is a prerequisite that a steel supporting system with outer walls of insulated wall panels is used. The roof consists of a Q-cover on top of steel secondary beams, insulated and covered. Glass sections for letting in light shall be inserted in the west and east facades. Gates for driving carriages in and out shall be inserted in the south and north. The building shall have a complete sprinkler system. Furthermore it shall be equipped with technical installations such as water, lighting, electricity outlets etc.

A large degree of coordination with track laying and railway electricity must be reckoned on. Furthermore there will be coordination with equipment deliveries such as C35 sanding equipment, C36 washing installations and CXX wheel turning bench.

1. Description of the company's most important relevant contracts in the last five years. The attached template shall be used (annex 5). The reference descriptions must include enough information to assess the relevance for this contract. Any certificates can be enclosed.

Contractors are required to have experience from constructing large halls and workshops.
Cooperating partners are required to document that they have carried out contracts in a partnership, and references shall be given from this.
The awarding authority shall be able to contact the reference persons.
2. A short and general description shall be given of the company. Including:
A description of how the contractor is organised for this type of contract. If cooperation partners/sub suppliers are used, a description must be given of this.
A short description of the contractor's general quality assurance system. Maximum 1 A4 page.
Self-declaration on capacity, including administrative personne (annex 8).
Tenderers must substantiate that they fulfil the terms for and will get local certification in the necessary development classes in accordance with the Planning and Building Act. Central certification in the relevant development class will be seen as sufficient information. If a contractor does not have central certification, alternative documentation of fulfilment of the terms in the Planning and Building Act must be enclosed.

3. Tenderers shall give an account of how the tenderer can best fulfil the awarding authority's target of H1-value =0.
Account of the company's SHA policy including the H1 and H2 values for all projects in the last three years. If a tenderer has sub supplier(s) for the contract, the H1 and H2 values of the sub suppliers shall also be given for the last three years.
Account of the implementation of the company's SHA policy at any sub supplier(s).
Describe the system for registering and following up unwanted events (RUH).
4. Contractors must give an account of the company's practice/routines for fulfilling the above environment requirements.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. Contractors shall have relevant experience from equivalent contracts.
2. Good ability to fulfil the contract.
3. SHA – Safety, Health, Working Environment that functions very well. Bybanen Utbygging has expressed an aim that the H1-value shall be 0.
4. Environment: The work shall be carried out with the least possible impact on the outer environment, including noise, waste, emissions, energy consumption and recycling.
