The current contract:
Route kilometers for 2013: 535,000
The number of buses for 2013: 10
The contract value in 2013: 25 100 000 NOK
The assignment is valid for 5 years. The parties have a mutual option to extend the contract by up to five years, with a mutual option meaning that both parties must consent an extension.
The operator must themselves provide the bus facilities, alternatively cover the functionality of bus facilities at multiple locations. Tenderer's need not to acquire an adequate bus facility with all of the functions located at the same address. Eg. washing and other maintenance activities of the buses can be carried out at other locations than where the parking stand is located.
Tenderer's are not allowed to submit bids of bus facilities which the tenderer's already rent from the Awarding Authority.
