Bicycle counters in Oslo, Akershus and Østfold

Statens vegvesen Region øst

The awarding authority would like tenders for the delivery and establishment of 13 bicycle counters with an option for a further 4 within the next 4 years from when the contract is signed. The contract shall also include a service contract for the bicycle counters.
The bicycle counters will provide useful statistics and information, they can motivate to more cycling and help to increase interest in cycling amongst the public and media.
The establishment of bicycle counters shall occur by 15.8.2013 and the service contract shall be valid from 15.8.2013 to 15.8.2017.
Statens vegvesen would like to enter into a contract with one supplier.
