Bamble waterworks-Flåte water treatment plant - sanitary installations

Bamble kommune

Bamble municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall construct a new water treatment plant at the Awarding Authority's main waterworks. A tall processing building with an area of 1 000 m shall be constructed and the old engine building with an area of 190 m in 3 levels shall be restored. The facility is located at the water source Flåtevann.

This tender notice applies for a tender contest for sanitary contract which includes delivery and installation of sanitary equipment, cranes/jet water drums located several places in the facility, internal water pipes and sewage pipes in the new and old buildings, as well as demolition of the old sanitary installations.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
The company shall be legally established in the country of origin.
The company shall have settled conditions in accordance with payment of taxes and excises.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The company shall have a rating equivalent to good creditworthiness and have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(2) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Qualifications in the approval area for executing (abbreviated UTF) Sanitary installation works - enterprise class 2. The company shall have a qualification assurance system adapted this type of assignments.

Hovedfinansieringsvilkår og betalingsordninger og/eller henvisning til relevante bestemmelser som regulerer dem: Fixed price (index adjusted) with instalments in accordance with progress.
