Bamble waterworks - Flåte Water Treatment Plant - construction works

Bamble kommune

Bamble Municipality shall build a new water treatment plant at the municipality's main waterworks. The plant is situated at kilden (well) Flåtevann. The present publication covers competition for construction related contract. There has been prior information about the competition in the information notice published 29.11.2012.
The construction contract includes a new building with a base of 1000 m² 8-13 m in elevation including staff room of 280 m². The new building will be built with a steel frame and steel elements in walls and ceilings, and extensive concrete work. In addition, the old concrete waterworks building (3 floors of 180 m2) will be renovated, rebuilt and expanded, and a 30 m concrete culvert will be built between the old and new buildings.
The construction contract also includes ground works and external WS (water and sewage) system.
The building contractor will be coordinating sub-contractors on site.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
The company shall be legally registered in it's homeland.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The Company shall have a rating equivalent to good credit worthiness, and moreover have adequate financial resources to complete the assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 5 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts).
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(4) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Qualifications in the approval area of performance (UTF) as follows:
Concrete and steel work: Enterprise class 3.
Other works: Enterprise class 2.
The Company shall have a quality assurance system adapted to this type of work.
The company must be able to demonstrate previous references from contracts of a similar nature and size.
Tendered key personnel must have sufficient expertise and experience from projects of similar complexity and magnitude.
