Bamble waterworks - Flåte VBA - electrotechnical installations
Bamble kommune
Bamble municipality shall construct a new water treatment plant at the main waterworks. A new, high process building of 1000 m² (with 250 m² personnel room on the 2nd floor), shall be constructed, and an old machine building of 190 m² per floor over three floors shall be renovated. The plant is situated at the source of Flåtevann. This notice is for a competition for an eletro contract, which consists of the delivery and assembly of electrical building installations (sockets, lighting and heating), cable racks, power and signal cables, cable network for tele and data, fire alarm, emergency lighting and guiding system, as well as the demolition of old electrical installations in the old building.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
The company shall be legally registered in its home country.
The company shall have its tax payments in order.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The company shall have a rating equivalent to good credit worthiness and otherwise have satisfactory finances to fulfil the assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts).
(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(3) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
The company shall be able to refer to previous contracts of an equivalent nature.
The company shall be a certified electro installer in group L.
The company shall have certification from the Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority for the installation of a spreading network for tele and data.
The company shall have qualifications as executioner (UTF) for the installation of fire alarms, emergency lighting and guiding systems - Enterprise class 1.
The company shall have a quality assurance system suitable for this type of assignment.
