Bamble water works - Flåte Water Treatment Plant - mechanical installations

Bamble kommune

Bamble municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall build a new pumping and water treatment plant at the their primary water works. The new process includes ozonization-biofiltration, carbonization, UV disinfection and chlorination, primarily located in a new process building. The actual processing plant has been subject to previous contracting.
The new enterprise which we now present, includes mechanical installations in the existing building, containing inlet pumps, outlet pumps, drain pumps, main pipe installations and valves, as well as installation of UV-aggregates delivered by another supplier.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
The company shall be legally established in the country of origin. The company shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and excises.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: (1) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The company shall have a credit rating equivalent to good creditworthiness and have sufficient financial strength to implement the assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts).
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The company shall substantiate references from deliveries of equivalent nature and extent.
The proposed installation manager shall have experience from assignments of equivalent extent and complexity.
The company shall present installers with welders' certificate for stainless steel pipes with sizes up to minimum DN500. The company shall have an established quality assurance system adapted for assignments of this nature.

Hovedfinansieringsvilkår og betalingsordninger og/eller henvisning til relevante bestemmelser som regulerer dem: Fixed price (indexed) with instalment s in accordance with invoicing schedule.
