Parking building, construction stage 2, includes an expansion of the parking building erected in 2010/2011. The new parking building shall have a basal area of approx. 5 500 m² including a ramp. The indoor capacity is 1 050 parking lots divided in 5 levels with option to add 3 more levels.
This tender contest applies for engineering design and execution of construction works for buildings, including HVAC and sanitary installations, as well as demolition of existing incline rotunda. The building shall be founded on piles. The tender documents are prepared in such a way that various construction systems that comply with various geometrical and building engineering requirements may be offered. The parking house is situated near the coast and the structures are expected to be exposed to airborne chlorides. The proposed structure system must have a theoretical life span of 50 years in coastal area.
