Avalanche hazard mapping - Balestrand, Ullensvang and Loppa municipalities

As part of the work regarding avalanche hazard NVE, as a national initiative, is mapping the risk of snow/sludge avalanche, rock fall/rock avalanche and landslide/landslide in connection with flooding, see Plan for avalanche hazard mapping (NVE 14/2011).
In this connection with this NVE annual assignments for the implementation of avalanche hazard mapping in selected urban areas.
This competition comprises landslide hazard mapping in the following areas:

The certificates shall not be older than 6 months.
— Foreign service providers shall enclose certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian. Service providers shall have a functioning HSE system. Documentation requirement: HSE self-declaration.
Service provider shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirements: Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Compensation that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established.
Service provider shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract
Annual accounts with management's report and auditor's notes certificate
Documentation requirement:
Service provider must be able to send electronic invoices to NVE (Electronic trade-format (EHF)).
Documentation requirement: Confirmation from the service provider.
Service provider shall have experience from equivalent assignments. For this procurement that means experience from not only local investigation of avalanche hazards, but also from production of avalanche hazard mapping in accordance with TEK and all the potential types of avalanches.
