Assistance with project management of heating projects

Enova SF

The assignment consists of the monitoring of projects within the groups of housing, building and heating. More specific this involves the monitoring of projects which as of 31.12.2013 has achieved commitment of support, and projects which have achieved support in 2014. In addition there is a mutual option for project management for 2015.
The project follow-up of projects involves the following activities:
— Maintaining and updating the programs' Portfolio overview of ongoing and completed projects. A status report shall be generated for the portfolio 4 times per year.
— Control of the projects progress in terms to the project schedule and set end date, with active follow-up of projects that deviate from the plan.
— Answer inquiries via telephone and email as well as prepare documents for signature of Enova- responsible for more formal dispatches.
— Review of requests for disbursement of grants for the requirements set in the grant letters for each project. On the basis of this review, shall the selected suppliers deliver a recommendation to Enova regarding the payment recommendation. For projects that are in the final phase (the final report of the project) includes the review that the supplier in addition shall conduct a 3rd party evaluation of achieved energy performances in the project. Enova shall follow up the recommendation and disbursement recommendation and assign and payout of the grants. The disbursement of the grants shall be made following Enova's regulations for propulsion and financial reporting.
— Assist with Enova's inspections of the completion of projects.
Relevant technologies for renewable thermal production in these projects the project portfolio's are different types of biofuels, waste incineration, various types of heat pumps, solar panels, absorption refrigeration, free cooling and waste heat. In addition, shall the projects include the external distribution of heat. The selected supplier must have the competence to assess the implementation and achieve energy results for these types of projects.
