NDLO/CIS is requesting a Frame Agreement in relation to planning, excecution and analysis of flight tests in radar technology, for instance wave propagation and investigation between radar and wind farms.
At the moment it is beeing planned and established several wind farms that may effect military radars. The need for assistance will depend on the the rate of the development for wind farms.
